We sell our products at farmers' markets, through our CSA, to restaurants, and also use our flowers for special events. The skills taught during the apprenticeship can be translated to a wide range of future activities: from intensive small scale gardening to larger scale production. In 2012, we are introducing a 7-week spring fellowship option, in addition to our summer and fall 3-month programs. A typical day is spent on our ten-acre farm, in our food-processing kitchen, and in our barnyard, helping to create a sustainable business that models ecological design, financial viability, and social responsibility.
